为促进与中欧陆海快线沿线国家间经贸往来，不断提升贸易安全和通关便利化，上海海关设立中欧陆海快线沿线国家通关协调咨询点。使用咨询服务请详细阅读本须知。
1. 咨询范围为以上海为始发地/抵运地，以匈牙利、塞尔维亚、北马其顿、希腊中欧陆海快线沿线四国作为抵运地/始发地的海运货物及运输工具通关业务。不属于以上范围的内容请通过其他途径咨询。
2. 本服务目前仅受理第1条范围内海运货物的收发货人、代理报关企业、运输工具负责人提出的咨询。
3. 上海海关“中欧陆海快线沿线国家通关协调咨询点”联系邮箱为：shcfa@customs.gov.cn。请全面、准确地描述问题，注明所涉国家，咨询单位及联系方式。
4. 本服务目前仅受理中文或英语咨询。

Notice
In order to promote trade between China and Hungary, North Macedonia, Serbia and Greece (1+4 Countries), and to constantly enhance trade safety and security as well as clearance facilitation, Shanghai Customs District has set up the Customs Clearance Coordination Focal Point For 1+4 Countries. To use this service, please read the Notice carefully.
1. This service deals with enquiries on customs clearance of seaborne cargoes and conveyances from/to Shanghai to/from Hungary, North Macedonia, Serbia and Greece only.
2. Only enquiries submitted by the consignor/consignee of the cargoes, the customs brokers or persons in charge of conveyances will be accepted.
3. Please send your enquiries to shcfa@customs.gov.cn, and put your questions and related information comprehensively and accurately. The country involved and your contact information shall be provided.
4. The service is available in Chinese and English languages.
